On September 10-12, 2018, a study visit to Moldova was held in the framework of the EAPTC MD-UA program, the project “Development of the Ukrainian-Moldavian cross-border production, scientific and educational cluster on the processing of secondary products of winemaking”, funded by the EU through GIZ. The visit consisted of an interactive lecture: Chronology of project implementation, synergy of interaction and development prospects of the cluster. Acquaintance with a successful story. Processing of secondary products of winemaking. Presentation of the study, Determination of the nutritional and biological value of the products obtained. Practical classes: Classification and characteristics of the secondary raw materials of winemaking and the scheme of its integrated processing. Cluster capitalization models of entrepreneurial initiative, their economic evaluation. Global clustering trends in the context of the formation of a cluster for the processing of secondary products of winemaking in the cross-border region of South Ukraine-Moldova, the development of the organizational structure and economic mechanism of the cluster for the processing of secondary products of winemaking in the cross-border region of South Ukraine-Moldova.
Experimental and practical visits to the Winery of Comrat, a factory for processing secondary products of winemaking AZAMET, have also been successfully completed.
